Michele Bremer works with a small number of select clients to find just the right individual for a company's needs.

Michele is an un-repentant recruiter. She sees your needs as concrete pictures of the people she goes on to contact and educate about why the opportunity with her client is superior to other options.  "I become emotionally involved in 'my' technologies, the opportunities, and the candidates," says Michele.  "Once I know what I'm looking for in a candidate, my research team casts a wide net to haul in a variety of individuals we can present with confidence to the client."

At Bremer Associates, we work quickly, beginning with a modest initial deposit and expense reimbursements instead of a full retainer.  We usually find the right person in less time than it takes to negotiate and initiate a retained search.  We bill for the balance of each fee as successful candidates accept offers. Some of our most notable successes have been to fill searches that have been out on retainer for months in only a few weeks.
