Our standard recruiting fee for a single search is 35% of first year’s compensation as put forth in the offer. This includes base salary and any bonuses agreed upon as part of your offer. It does not include performance bonuses not specifically mentioned in dollar amounts in the offer. The fee drops to 30% for multiple simultaneous searches. Payment is due on agreement of start date.

A non-refundable engagement fee of $10,000 for a single search, $15,000 for multiple searches, is due upon assignment of the search(es). This will be deducted from the recruiting fee on the final invoice.


We offer a 30 day cash back guarantee on all candidates.

If any candidate we source for you leaves your company for any reason other than death, disability, or corporate reorganization during the first year of employment, we will replace that person for no additional fee.


We agree not to recruit from your company for three years after a successful placement.
